Account data

What data we store when you connect your exchange, what it's used for, how long it lasts and what the key you give us can never do.
See the data tableYour assets stay as they are, in your exchange account.
You sign in to your exchange, revoke the API key and TradingIA stops trading. The switch is in your account, not ours.
How your key is deletedJust enough to open the account and execute your orders. Each piece of data exists because without it the service can't be provided.
Email, password stored as a cryptographic hash, and the preferences you configure the platform with.
It's stored encrypted and requested without withdrawal permission: it's for reading and trading, not for moving funds.
Limit orders, the stop registered on the exchange, risk parameters and the defenses that activate in your account.
Your exchange key is encrypted (AES-256) and communication with the exchange goes through an encrypted tunnel. We also keep technical access data (IP, browser, session logs) for security, and the messages you send to support. Never wallet private keys or withdrawal permissions.

Privacy policy
The full document, in the order it applies: what it covers, what is collected, what is done with it and what you can demand.
TradingIA is the controller of the personal data it collects through tradingia.ai and the associated trading platform.
This document explains what information is collected when you open an account and connect your exchange, for what purpose it's used, how long it's kept and what control you keep over it. It's written so you can check it, not just accept it.
It applies to the website, the platform and the API connection with Kraken, Binance and OKX. It doesn't cover those exchanges' own policies, which govern the data of the account you hold with them and which you should consult separately.
Last updated: March 2026. When the policy changes materially, notice is given on the platform and by email before the new version takes effect; the date always tells you which version you're reading. [email protected]
Five categories, no more. Each exists because without it the service can't be provided.
No wallet private keys are collected, nor any permission authorizing funds to be moved out of your exchange. The engine needs to know what to trade and within what limits; it doesn't need to know where your money is.
Your data is not used to build advertising profiles and is not sold. Your trading is processed to execute it and so you can review it; never as the basis of a promise of returns, which TradingIA doesn't make.
Encryption and access control are the predictable part. The part you can check yourself is this: the key you give us cannot take money out.
Check it outside this page On Kraken, Binance or OKX, the key management screen shows the permissions granted to each key. The withdrawal permission should appear disabled. If you ever see it enabled, revoke that key and generate another: TradingIA doesn't need it to work.
No data is sold, none is shared with advertisers or data brokers, and your trading is not shared with other users of the platform.
You can block or delete cookies from your browser settings. If you block the necessary ones, the session no longer stays open and you'll have to sign in on every visit; the connection to your exchange is not affected.
Every piece of data has a written retention period. When it's up, it's deleted or anonymized.
After an account is closed, a thirty-day margin is kept in case you want to recover it. After that period, the data is deleted or anonymized, except what a legal obligation requires us to keep.
There is one right you can exercise without asking anyone: revoking the API key from your exchange. As soon as you do, the platform immediately loses the ability to trade in your account.
The exchanges the platform connects to and some of the infrastructure providers operate outside the European Economic Area.
