Terms of Service
By accessing or using the services of tradingia.ai, you agree to be bound by these terms.
If you do not accept them, refrain from using the platform and from connecting an API key to your exchange account.
Operational scope of these terms
What the platform operates today. Any expansion will be published on this same page.
1. Introduction
These terms govern access to and use of the TradingIA platform, available at tradingia.ai, and constitute an agreement between you and the service owner. They were updated in March 2026 and replace any previous version.
Read them before connecting an exchange account: use of the platform implies full acceptance of their content, including the risk acknowledgment in section 7 and the conduct rules in section 9.
We may modify them to reflect changes in the service or in applicable regulations. The current version is published on this page with its date; continued use after that publication constitutes acceptance. If a change substantially affects you, you may cancel in accordance with section 6.
2. Service Description
TradingIA is an algorithmic cryptocurrency trading platform. Its engine analyzes 291 market signals —technical, on-chain, macroeconomic, sentiment, and institutional flow— before each buy and each sell. The decision cycle is 4 minutes.
Orders are always sent as limit orders and the stop is registered on the exchange, not on our servers. The platform operates nine assets on Kraken, Binance and OKX; futures, only on BTC, ETH and SOL.
The service consists of analyzing the market and sending orders to the user's exchange account: it does not custody funds, does not execute withdrawals, and does not provide advice. Its availability depends on third parties —exchanges and data providers— and may be interrupted by maintenance or external incidents.
Stop-Hunt Detector
Detects coordinated manipulation across BTC, ETH and SOL in 60 seconds.
Proactive Wick Buys
Limit buys prepared at −1.5%, −2.5%, and −3.5%.
Grid Auto-Reposition
Recenters the range when it deviates by more than 5%.
These three defenses are part of the described service. They act on specific market scenarios and do not constitute a guarantee of outcome.
3. Eligibility
Access is restricted. By accepting these terms, you represent that you meet the following three requirements and agree to notify us of any change that affects you.
Legal age and capacity
You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to be bound by this agreement in your place of residence.
Permitted jurisdiction
You may not reside in a territory where automated trading of cryptoassets is prohibited or restricted, or appear on international sanctions lists.
Own exchange account
You need a verified account in your own name on Kraken, Binance or OKX. Trading on behalf of third parties or using assigned accounts is not permitted.
4. Account Registration and Security
Accurate data
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it updated. An account with false or unverifiable data may be suspended.
Two-step verification
It is mandatory to access the panel and to modify the configuration of an already connected key.
One holder per account
Credentials are personal and non-transferable. Sharing, assigning, or reselling access is not permitted.
Custody of your credentials
You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you detect unauthorized access, you must notify support immediately and revoke your API keys on the exchange; until that notification, orders placed are deemed authorized by you.
Suspension and closure
We may suspend an account where there are reasonable indications of fraud or breach of section 9. You may close it at any time from the panel.
5. API Key Usage and Fund Security
Connection to your exchange is made through an API key that you generate in your own account and may revoke at any time without our intervention.
The key must be created with read and trading permissions, and without withdrawal permission. The platform does not request or accept keys with withdrawal enabled: there is no mechanism to move your funds out of the exchange.
Keys are stored encrypted and are used only to query balances and prices and to send, modify, and cancel orders. You are responsible for configuring them this way and restricting them with the options offered by your exchange.
Revoking the key interrupts the service immediately; open positions and registered stops remain on the exchange, under your exclusive control.
Funds never leave the customer's exchange.
6. Fees and Payment
Access is provided by subscription. The applicable fee is the one published on tradingia.ai at the time of contracting; any price change is communicated before taking effect and applies from the next renewal.
Payment is in advance, through the provider indicated during signup. If a charge cannot be completed, the service is suspended until regularized: connected keys stop receiving orders, without affecting your funds.
Trading fees, spreads, and futures funding fees are charged by your exchange and are outside this subscription.
- Billing
- In advance, according to the contracted plan.
- Renewal
- Automatic, unless canceled before the renewal date.
- Cancellation
- Effective at the end of the current period, without penalty.
- Taxes
- Not included; those in force in your territory apply.
- Exchange fees
- Borne by the user and settled by the exchange.
7. Risk Acknowledgment
Trading cryptocurrencies involves risk of loss, including total loss of the capital used. By accepting these terms, you acknowledge that you assume that risk knowingly.
TradingIA does not guarantee results, does not promise returns, and does not provide financial, tax, or legal advice. Past behavior of a strategy does not anticipate the future.
The three defenses in section 2 respond to specific scenarios: they reduce exposure to those scenarios, but do not eliminate it or cover any other scenario. Futures trade with leverage, which amplifies both favorable outcomes and losses.
An exchange outage, a data supply interruption, or abnormal latency may prevent an order or stop from executing as intended. The amount you allocate to the platform, and for how long, is exclusively your decision.
8. Intellectual Property
The software, decision models, documentation, TradingIA brand, and the set of elements that make up the platform belong to its owner and are protected by intellectual and industrial property regulations.
The subscription grants a personal, limited, revocable, and non-transferable license to use the service while it remains active. It does not authorize copying, decompiling, reverse engineering, reselling, or creating derivative works from the platform or its models.
Your account data and configuration remain yours: you may request their export or deletion at any time.
9. Prohibited Conduct
Market manipulation
Use the platform for operations aimed at artificially altering the price or volume of an asset.
Reverse engineering
Decompile, extract, or reproduce the service's code, models, or decision logic.
Unauthorized access
Attempt to access third-party accounts, keys, or systems, or bypass the service's technical limits and geographic restrictions.
Unauthorized automation
Extract data in bulk or connect external tools to the service interfaces without written authorization.
Funds of illicit origin
Operate with capital from illicit activities or breach the anti-money laundering regulations required by your exchange.
Resale of access
Assign, rent, or share credentials or access to the platform with third parties.
Breach entitles us to suspend or cancel the account, without prejudice to any applicable legal actions. Suspension does not affect your funds, which remain on your exchange and under your control.
